Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, proudly insured by Cossio Insurance Agency for your absolute comfort & peace of mind.
Q: What ages are permitted in the soft play areas?
A: Soft play areas can be custom made to ages 6 months to 5 years old.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Credit card payments can be made through our website at your convenience. We also accept cash, debit, or credit care at the time of drop off.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, we require a 25% deposit at the time the reservation is made.
Q: Can you set up at a park?
A: Yes! Parks require bounce house rental companies to be insured, which we are! We can provide a certificate of liability insurance to the parks and recs center that will be handling your park permit. Please get the contact information, preferably email where they would like us to send the Certificate of Insurance (COI).
Q: Is there an additional charge for delivery and setting up?
A: We do have a delivery charge, however we do not charge additionally to set up or take down.
Q: Do you charge taxes?
A: Yes, we are legally required to pay taxes and therefore they are added to your reservation cost based on the rental rate you are reserving.
Q: How much time do we have for a rental reservation?
A: It depends what service you are asking us to provide, soft play areas can vary from 2-6 hours whereas our bounce houses can vary 6-8 hours. Please feel free to reach us for a more specific time frame and don’t forget to ask about overnight rentals!
Q: Do you offer overnight rentals?
A: Yes, overnight rentals do have an additional charge, however it is also based on where the rentals are placed and secured. We do not allow overnight rentals in front yards.
Q: Is everything clean?
A: This shouldn’t be a question, but YES! We pride in serving cleaned and disinfected products including our soft play areas, bounce houses, and other rentals.
Q: Are the inflatables secured?
A: Yes, we prefer to stake down into the ground as it is the best and safest option but there are other ways to secure them as well. We will ALWAYS secure our inflatables!
Q: Will you secure on all surfaces?
A: Although grass is our personal favorite, we will also secure our inflatables on dirt, asphalt, concrete, fake grass, and rocks. Depending on the rock surface, there may be an additional charge as rocks can ruin the vinyl on bounce houses.
Q: Do I need to sign a contract?
A: Yes, we are an insured company & are required to provide a contract to our clients when providing a service.
