Deposit

We require a 25% non refundable deposit to book the service we are providing or renting.  The deposit is applied towards the total cost of your rental reservation.  In the event you need to cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your original reservation, we will hold your deposit and it can be applied to a future date.  Please take in consideration the deposit can only be rescheduled once and within a 90 day timeframe from the original date.

Payment in full is due at time the service is provided. You can make payment via invoice sent, cash, or card. If you decide to pay cash, please have exact change as our delivery team does not carry cash.

 

Delivery

Delivery is scheduled in the morning on the day of your event between 8am-12pm (6am-10am during summer hours) and pick up the same day after your event ends from 8-10pm.  ASK US HOW TO RESERVE OVERNIGHT RENTALS. If you need a special drop off or pick up time, please reach out to make sure we are able to service you prior to making the reservation, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your needs.

 

Set Up

We can set up on grass, turf, pavers, and concrete.  Please avoid setting up on rocks, dirt, and gravel as there may be an additional fee.  These types of flooring can be worn through vinyl bounce houses. All bounce houses & soft play areas must be supervised at all times, please do not leave them unattended at any time.

 

Weather Conditions

Our main concern regarding weather is wind, wind gusts are highly dangerous and can lift a bounce house disregarding proper security measures. All inflatables must be deflated once winds reach 15 mph.  Wind advisories will also be taken into consideration and the inflatables may not be set up.  If we are concerned the wind will be an issue on the day of your event, we will reach out to you to either reschedule or cancel your upcoming reservation.  Rain will also be taken into consideration for your upcoming reservation.  Strong rain storms may result in cancellations.
